Are you struggling to sleep, worrying about something that happened, or that you believe is likely to happen? Or maybe you’re waking up in the middle of the night, finding your mind racing, and then watching the hours tick by?

Problems with sleep color everything. Our mood worsens, we become crankier with loved ones, more stressed at work, and in the long term our health may be impacted.

I have special training in identifying and working with sleep issues: I treat “reactive” insomnia, and I can help clients identify and adjust to changes in circadian routine.
